The Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Egypt decided to reduce the rate of the deposit and lending yield for one night and the rate of the main operation of the central bank by 50 basis points, or 0.5% from 9.25% to 8.75% and from 10.25% to 9.75% and from 9.75% to 9.25% respectively.
