Among the most common problems that may occur to a person are digestion problems, which are stomach disorders, gas, constipation, diarrhea, and acidity, when these symptoms occur frequently and damage public health.

1- Irregular mealtimes:

The body must follow a chronological arrangement for eating your food, one of the worst habits is to eat breakfast late and dinner at night.

2- Not to chew food:

It’s not just about when or what type of food you eat, but how you eat it is essential because improper chewing can damage the gut.

People tend to chew food about 5 or 6 times, but it should be chewed at least 30 times, so that your body does not lose its energy in digesting food.

3- Stress:
