Pyramids continue to chase Zamalek on the runner-up fight, after defeating Al-Ittihad of Alexandria with a goal without a response.
John Antoy scored the game’s only goal in the 53rd minute with a superb header to secure the match points for Pyramids.
Pyramids raised its score to 57 points in third place, achieving the fourth successive victory, one point behind second-placed Zamalek.
As for Al-Ittihad, it failed to achieve the victory for the seventh game in a row and the second loss after the Alexandria team stumbled against Enppi.
