Menopause is one of the psychological problems that women are exposed to, and there are many symptoms that indicate when it began, which must be paid attention to, according to what was stated in the “behealthyaloevera” site.
1- Irregular menstruation:
Menstrual periods become irregular as usual, and profuse or light menstrual bleeding may indicate hormonal changes associated with menopause.
2- Hot flashes:
One of the most common symptoms that occurs in women near menopause, where a sudden sensation of heat usually begins in the upper part of the body and then spreads to the bottom, and at the same time, the skin becomes red and the heart rate increases significantly.

Hot flashes at night lead to profuse sweating.

In menopause, the tissue surrounding the vagina loses its elasticity, and the pelvic muscles also weaken, which may lead to a strong urge to urinate, even if the bladder is empty. 6- Mood swings:
Sudden changes in mood could be a sign of hormonal fluctuations occurring before menopause.
Many women experience headaches due to the fluctuations in sex hormones associated with menopause.
8- Thin skin:
One of the most frequent problems in menopausal women is a lack of collagen and inappropriate lubrication of the skin, which results in the skin becoming very dry and thin.

The low levels of the hormone estrogen associated with menopause can lead to hair breakage and excessive hair loss.
10 – increase the size of the waist:
It was found that women in menopause usually accumulate fat around their waist, in addition to that fat tissue may also accumulate near the internal organs, which increases the risk of diabetes, heart disease and other serious disorders.
They may be more of an emotional symptom of an uncomfortable menopause than headaches, hot flashes, night sweats, and other physical sensations.
12- Changes in the breast:
Most of the age-related breast changes develop near menopause when estrogen levels drop.
13- Difficulty concentrating:
Difficulty concentrating and remembering things, may be the first symptom of menopause.
14- Joint stiffness:
Moving may be a little more difficult due to joint stiffness and pain, especially if you follow a sedentary lifestyle and do not exercise regularly.
