Artist Ehab Tawfiq revealed the fact that he will run for Parliament in the upcoming elections.
Tawfiq wrote, through his Instagram account, saying: “Regarding the photos and news that were circulating on social media and news sites about running for Parliament … the news is part of it true, but due to the late decision, all the necessary papers were not completed and yesterday was the 26th. -9-2020 is the last day for submitting the documents required for candidacy, and due to time constraints and lack of completion of the necessary documents, the candidacy has not been completed.
He added, “On the other hand, I would like to thank all the people who sent me and encouraged me to take this step, but unfortunately it did not work well elsewhere.”
Artist Ehab Tawfiq recently released the song “Heya Dunya”, composed by the late Ashraf Salem, lyrics by Awad Badawi and arranged by Ahmed Adel, and the clip was directed by Moutayem Al-Sarraj.
