In names … urgent decisions by Sisi to transfer a number of judges to non-judicial positions

The Official Gazette published a number of Republican decisions issued by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, transferring a number of judges to some ministries in non-judicial positions.

The President issued Decree No. 522 of 2020, transferring Muhammad Abdul Qadir Ibrahim Abdullah Farjani, President of Category (A) at Aswan Primary Court to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Local Development equivalent to his current position while maintaining a rank in it.

President El-Sisi issued a presidential decree No. 523 of 2020 transferring Mei Ashri Muhammad Abdul Jalil, head of the Public Prosecution Office, from category (A) to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade equivalent to the grade of her current job while keeping her salary there.

President El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 524 of 2020 transferring Mohamed Ali Abu Al-Hasb Barani Barakat, President of Category (A) at Giza Elementary Court, to a non-judicial position at the Ministry of Local Development equivalent to his current position while maintaining a rank in it.

President El-Sisi issued Decree No. 525 of 2020 to transfer Mohamed Gouda Mohamed Azab, President of Category (A) at North Cairo Elementary Court to a non-judicial position at the Ministry of Local Development equivalent to the grade of his current job while maintaining his salary there.

President El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 526 of 2020 to transfer, without disciplinary action, Abdel Wahab Ramadan Ahmed Ahmed Hegazy, Assistant Public Prosecutor at the Arbaeen Partial Prosecution Office, to a non-judicial position at the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade equivalent to the grade of his current job while keeping his salary there.

President El-Sisi issued a presidential decree No. 527 of 2020 transferring Judge Hatem Alaa El-Din Abbas Al-Jeddawi, President of the Tanta Court of Appeal, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Manpower equivalent to the grade of his current job while maintaining his salary.

President El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 528 of 2020 transferring Counselor Essam Abdel-Hadi Abdel-Hadi Asr, President of the Alexandria Court of Appeal, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Manpower equivalent to the grade of his current job while keeping his salary there.

President El-Sisi also issued Republican Decree No. 529 of 2020 transferring Professor Saher Saeed Al-Din Sayed Wahdan, the President of Category (A) at Luxor Elementary Court, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Local Development equivalent to his current position while maintaining a rank in it.

President El-Sisi also issued a presidential decree No. 530 for the year 2020 to transfer, without the disciplinary route, Ibrahim Fattouh Abdel Badie Shaaban, Assistant Public Prosecution Office of the Zagazig Center Partial Prosecution, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities equivalent to the degree of his current job while maintaining his salary.

President El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 531 of 2020 to transfer Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Fattah Mustafa Abu Amara, assistant to the Public Prosecution Office at the Garga Partial Prosecution Office, to a non-judicial position at the Ministry of Social Solidarity equivalent to the grade of his current job while maintaining his salary in it.
