Then Andrew Robertson made up for his mistake by scoring the goal for his team in the 34th minute of the first half.
Portuguese striker Diego Guetta concluded the home team’s hat-trick, just two minutes from the end of the normal game time.
Defending champions Liverpool achieved their third consecutive victory and advanced to the runner-up position with the full score with 9 points, trailing on goal difference from leaders Leicester City.
While Arsenal suffered the first defeat in the new season after two consecutive victories, and fell to fifth place on the league standings with 6 points.
