Judicial and security sources revealed the scenes and reasons for President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi issuing Republican decisions to transfer 10 judges and Public Prosecution assistants to non-judicial positions.

The sources stated that 7 of these judges were involved in disciplinary violations during their tenure in the judiciary or public prosecution, while 3 others were transferred for reasons related to family reasons and personal circumstances.

The sources pointed out that one of the transferred judges, who was working in Luxor, was convicted in an incident of quarrels with officers of the tourism police in a floating hotel in Maadi, as a result of his insistence on carrying a weapon inside the floating hotel and his attack on and threatening police personnel, which was monitored by surveillance cameras at the time, and a memorandum was submitted to the Council The Supreme Court at that time referred the judge to discipline.

While another of the transported was involved in his frequenting suspicious places in the Mohandessin area and monitoring surveillance cameras for him, and a third was involved in disciplinary violations as a result of his negligence at work, which led to the loss of a case in one of the cases without the administrative investigations reaching a suspicion of deliberate or not as a result of his negligence and the loss of achievement .

The Official Gazette published a number of republican decisions issued by President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, transferring a number of judges to some ministries in non-judicial positions.

The President issued Decision No. 522 of 2020, transferring Mohamed Abdel Qader Ibrahim Abdullah Farjani, President of Category (A) at Aswan Primary Court to a non-judicial position at the Ministry of Local Development equivalent to his current position while maintaining a rank in it.

President El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 523 of 2020 transferring Mei Ashri Muhammad Abdul Jalil, head of the Public Prosecution Office, from category (A) to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade equivalent to the grade of her current job while keeping her salary there.

President El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 524 of 2020 transferring Mohamed Ali Abu Al-Hasb Barani Barakat, President of Category (A) at Giza Elementary Court, to a non-judicial position at the Ministry of Local Development equivalent to his current position while maintaining a rank in it.

President El-Sisi issued Decree No. 525 of 2020 to transfer Mohamed Gouda Mohamed Azab, President of Category (A) at North Cairo Elementary Court to a non-judicial position at the Ministry of Local Development equivalent to the grade of his current job while maintaining his salary.

President El-Sisi also issued a republican decree No. 526 of 2020 to transfer, without disciplinary action, Abdel Wahab Ramadan Ahmed Ahmed Hegazy, Assistant Public Prosecutor at the Arbaeen Partial Prosecution Office, to a non-judicial position at the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade equivalent to the grade of his current job while keeping his salary there.

President El-Sisi issued a presidential decree No. 527 of 2020 transferring Judge Hatem Alaa El-Din Abbas Al-Jeddawi, President of the Tanta Court of Appeal, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Manpower equivalent to the grade of his current job while maintaining his salary.

President El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 528 of 2020 transferring Counselor Essam Abdel-Hadi Abdel-Hadi Asr, President of the Alexandria Court of Appeal, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Manpower equivalent to the grade of his current job while keeping his salary there.

President El-Sisi also issued a presidential decree No. 529 of 2020 transferring Professor Saher Saeed Al-Din Sayed Wahdan, President of Category (A) at Luxor Elementary Court, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Local Development equivalent to his current job rank while maintaining a rank in it.

President El-Sisi also issued a presidential decree No. 530 for the year 2020 to transfer, without the disciplinary route, Ibrahim Fattouh Abdel Badie Shaaban, Assistant Public Prosecution Office of the Zagazig Center Partial Prosecution, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities equivalent to the degree of his current job while maintaining his salary.

President El-Sisi issued Republican Decree No. 531 of 2020 to transfer Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Fattah Mustafa Abu Amara, assistant to the Public Prosecution Office at the Garga Partial Prosecution Office, to a non-judicial position in the Ministry of Social Solidarity equivalent to the grade of his current job while maintaining his salary.
