The arrival of the body of Al-Muntasir Billah to a churches of engineers … witness


The body of the late artist Al-Muntasir Billah arrived a short while ago to the Abu Seifin Church in the Mohandessin neighborhood, in the presence of family and relatives.

The great comedian, Al-Muntasir Billah, died Saturday morning, in a hospital in Alexandria, at the age of 70, after suffering from a stroke.

Al-Muntasir Billah, began his artistic career with the Trio Adhwaa troupe in 1970, where he was famous for comedies such as “Honorable Children, A Very Happy Family, Muhammad Ali Street, Alashan Ayounak Khater, Urgently Wanted, and Al-Alam Pasha”.

He starred dramatically and cinematically in many important works, including the series “Arabesque, Sons, but … the time has come … the days of Al-Mounira … I will not walk … yesterday’s path … eyes … a man and six women.”

In the cinema, he participated in a number of films, including “Al-Mughnati, Al-Tayyib Effendi, Al-Tahadi, Hard Times, Al-Hadq, Understanding the Tannery Walls, the Egyptian Citizen, Harat Al-Gohary.
