The Council of Ministers decides the conditions for resuming the construction movement to alleviate the suffering of the construction sector

Conditions for resuming construction movement

Counselor Nader Saad explained that there are three conditions that must be met in order for the construction movement to be appealed, and these conditions are:

1. That the person already has a valid building permit, as the permit was issued before the decision to stop construction, issued on the 24th of last May.
2. The person must have already started building before the date of the decision to stop construction on May 24, and in the event that he did not actually start building, he may not build now, and he must wait until new decisions are issued for his situation.
3. He will have to build until the fourth floor and not exceed the building higher than that, until new conditions are issued to be allowed to build more than that.
