Conditions for resuming construction movement
Counselor Nader Saad explained that there are three conditions that must be met in order for the construction movement to be appealed, and these conditions are:
- That the person already has a valid building permit, as the permit was issued before the decision to stop construction, issued on the 24th of last May.
- The person must have already started building before the date of the decision to stop construction on May 24, and in the event that he did not actually start building, he may not build now, and he must wait until new decisions are issued for his situation.
- He will have to build until the fourth floor and not exceed the building higher than that, until new conditions are issued to be allowed to build more than that.
The spokesman for the Council of Ministers, on Monday, in a telephone conversation with Wael Al-Ibrashi, the media, on Channel One, made a telephone conversation with Wael Al-Ibrashi, who said that the decision to stop construction is justified until the new conditions are issued, which will work to solve many problems Which society has suffered from for decades, in terms of lack of planning and also the excesses that were made on this planning, and the decision to stop construction remains like any decision that may be marred by side effects, and it is permissible that there are groups affected by the decision negatively.
Conditions for resuming construction movement in response to citizens
He also pointed out that there are many groups in society affected by the decision and their only source of livelihood, they are workers in the construction sector, was affected. Therefore, the President responded to them and these conditions were issued immediately, and this is because the period of construction stoppage for a period of 6 months is considered a large period, and as a result some people traded with their pain and circumstances and left Demonstrations in Atfih last week, in which citizens expressed their problem and the accumulation of their production of bricks, and the suspension of the state of buying and selling for them, as it is an area with many building bricks factories.
The Prime Minister added that any decision issued by the government is subject to review in the event that we receive complaints or damage to any group affected by it. He also said, “If we have amended complete laws, let alone administrative decisions issued by any authority, including the authority of the Prime Minister.”
