Magdy Abdel-Ghani was accused of refraining from handing over the inheritance share of his relatives, and a number of Magdy Abdel-Ghani’s relatives who were entitled to the inheritance filed a lawsuit in which he and others accused him of refraining from handing over their inheritance share at a petrol station in Al-Warraq.

And a ruling was issued by the Dokki Misdemeanor Court to imprison the former FIFA Council member for a year and fined him 100,000 pounds, then he opposed the ruling, and was upheld in the opposition.

Earlier, Magdy Abdel Ghani, a former member of the Egyptian Football Association, revealed the truth about the news that had been circulating regarding the issuance of a court ruling against him, due to family disputes related to inheritance, indicating that the ruling was issued two months ago, and that he was not arrested as it was rumored. Magdy Abdel-Ghani denounced, during televised statements, reviving this issue again, explaining that the ruling is old, and that there are beneficiaries of reopening it again..

The former member of the Egyptian Football Association added that the ruling was issued in absentia, it was appealed, and the judgment will be repeated again, and that the aim of showing this issue at the present time is to pressure the court to issue a ruling against him, confirming that he has the documents that will prove his non-conviction in this case. , And that his grandfather passed away in 1964 and left a great legacy, and that his uncles are trying to seize his share of the inheritance.
