The Uruguayan Luis Suarez played his first official match with his new club Atletico Madrid in front of their guest, Granada, on Sunday at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium, in the third round of La Liga matches.
The Madrid team knocked home Granada, six goals to one, and took the first goal in the 7th minute, through its brilliant striker Diego Costa.
At the start of the second half, specifically after two minutes, Argentine star Angel Correa added the second goal.
And the hospitality owners continued to prevail in the meeting, to add the Portuguese star Joao Flex to add the third goal, in the 65th minute, made by Korea.
Suarez came as a substitute in the 70th minute instead of Diego Costa, and in the 72nd minute, he made a goal for his colleague Marcos Llorente, before Llorente returned the gift to him in the 85th minute, so Suarez scored the fifth goal for Atletico.
The 33-year-old Uruguayan scored his second goal and the sixth for the Rojiblancos, in the minute (90 + 3).
Suarez moved to Atlete this summer from Barcelona on a contract that extends for two seasons, for 6 million euros as variants.
