For the first time in Egypt, the company launches funeral services, with the aim of providing professional expertise that takes care of all logistics during the difficult period, which we go through when the loss of our dear one.
As an Egyptian company, SOKNA aims to change the concept of funeral services in Egypt, as it deals professionally with all funeral ceremonies in an integrated manner and seeks to provide an integrated service that covers all stages of honoring the deceased.
According to a statement issued by the company, the services include but not limited to; Finalizing the burial permit procedures and official procedures, washing and preparing the body, preparing cemeteries and cemeteries, transportation, reserving funerals and memorial halls, publishing obituaries in newspapers and digital means, distributing charity donations to the soul of the deceased, and many post-mortem support services.
Ahmed Jaballah, founder and chairman of SOKNA, said: “We must reduce the effort and psychological burden on those who have lost a dear person, to have a full opportunity to mourn the deceased, without bearing the burdens of paper and administrative procedures or even being subjected to exhausting physical pressures.” He added, “Therefore, we established SOKNA to give individuals a space to bid farewell to loved ones, instead of completing the cumbersome procedures, and to honor the souls of the deceased and their families by bearing the logistical burden on their behalf, even partially, during those difficult moments.”
It is worth noting that the founder of SOKNA, since 2013, has conducted extensive and field research, whether locally or internationally, on improving burial and funeral services, as the company has so far succeeded in completing more than 340 funerals and burial ceremonies since its start of work in March 2019, and it has signed protocols Cooperated with 10 private hospitals in Egypt. The company employs laundries and burial contractors with at least 15 years of experience to pass on their expertise, knowledge and professional potential to others.
