An asteroid heading towards Earth.
The famous American astrophysicist, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, said that an asteroid “the size of a refrigerator” may collide with Earth on November 2, that is, the day before the presidential elections in the United States.
“Asteroid 2018VP1, a space rock the size of a refrigerator, is rushing toward us at speeds of more than 25,000 miles per hour,” Tyson said in a blog post on his account on the Instagram platform.
“The asteroid may fall to Earth on November 2, the day before the presidential election,” Tyson added, “but it is not so big that it causes damage.”
On November 3, presidential elections will be held in the United States, in which the current president, Republican Donald Trump, and the Democratic candidate, former Vice President, Joe Biden will compete.
