Mohamed Faraj Amer, Chairman of Smouha Club, denied the fact that his club made an offer in favor of Al-Ahly in order to borrow the quartet, Saleh Jumaa, Ahmed Yasser Rayan, Akram Tawfiq and Ammar Hamdy.
Saleh Jumaa is present in Al-Ahly during the current period, on the other hand, the trio Ahmed Yasser Rayan, Akram Tawfiq, and Ammar Hamdi left for the army.
Faraj Amer said in exclusive statements via “Yallakora” on Saturday, that what was reported about a desire to borrow the Al-Ahly quadrant is not true.
And the president of the Alexandrian club noted that his club had made two deals so far by contracting with the Sudanese Athar Al-Taher and Mahmoud Al-Badri from Al-Hilal and Al-Harbi in a free transfer deal.
He concluded that Ahmed Sami, the coach of Smouha Team, has the say in the deals that the team needs.
It is worth noting that Smouha bid farewell to the Egypt Cup competition from the round of 16 by losing from Zamalek with a score of (1-2). At the league level, the Alexandrian team ranks fifth with 48 points, on goal difference from Enppi.
