Abdel Hafeez told FilGoal.com: “Maaloul will participate in the first training session for Al-Ahly after the end of the 48-hour break that the team got after the victory over Wydad.”
And he added, “We have reassurance of a well-informed condition, and we prepare it well for the upcoming matches, especially the African Champions League final.”
Al-Ahly qualified for the final thanks to their 5-1 advantage in the aggregate of the two matches, and they are waiting for Zamalek or Raja.
Zamalek defeated Raja in Morocco with a goal without a response, and the return leg will take place in Cairo on November 1.
Cairo Stadium will host the final of the tournament on November 6th.
It is the first time that Cairo Stadium will host the Champions League final since 2008, when Al-Ahly defeated Al-Qatoun and won the title after a second tie in Cameroon.
