Al-Ahly club announced the consolidation of the women’s handball team, with the addition of Sundus Hashana, the Tunisian player.

Sundus signed contracts to join the ranks of Al-Ahly today, Wednesday, after arriving in Cairo yesterday evening, in the presence of Raouf Abdel Qader, Director of Sports Activity, and Yahya Youssef, Technical Director.

Sundus Hashana is organizing the team’s collective training during the coming days, in coordination with the technical staff.

Raouf Abdel Qader indicated that Sundus is a distinguished player with high technical capabilities, and her joining would be a big plus.

For her part, Sundus revealed in her interview with the club’s official page: “I am happy to join Al-Ahly club, which has the big name in the continent.

And she continued, “I got offers from European countries, but I preferred to move to Al-Ahly in the end and it did not take long to complete this.”

Sundus concluded her remarks, “I have friends from the Al-Ahly women’s team and I strive to achieve all championships to make the fans happy.”
