After the session, the Council took many decisions, as follows:
Certification of the minutes of the previous Board of Directors meeting, which was held on October 1.
Tariq Kandil, a member of the Board of Directors, was assigned to supervise the preparation of proposals, the agenda and the booklet of the Ordinary General Assembly scheduled to be held on the 27th and 28th of next November, whose agenda was reviewed by the Board, provided that it would be announced in the official newspapers on October 31 in accordance with the regulations.
Forming a committee headed by Muhammad Serageldin, a member of the council and an engineering consultant, to supervise the construction of a garage in the club branch in Nasr City on an area of 33,000 square meters to serve the members.
“Hanan Al-Zaini, who is responsible for regulations and licenses, has been nominated to obtain the first diploma in disputes, contracts and sports arbitration from the International Federation of Football Association in cooperation with the Sports Court and FIFA.”
“The council also reviewed the file submitted by Engineer Sameh Ali Kamel, the engineering consultant, who confirmed the completion of 80% of the infrastructure of the club’s branch in the Fifth Settlement for the entire area of the 50 acre branch. The first phase, which amounts to 70% of the construction of the branch, is expected to be completed in July 2021. Accordingly, the Board of Directors decided to issue temporary membership cards that would enable members of the Fifth Settlement Branch to enter the different branches, with reduced tickets at a 50% reduction, while continuing to work with the previous Board’s decision to allow members of the assembly branch to participate in the different academies with the same fees for club members, and to allow their entry for free with Their families as soon as they present the subscription receipt.
