Mohammed Al-Shennawi, Al-Ahly goalkeeper

Al-Shennawi was injured in the Al-Ahly match against the Arab Contractors, and he was forced to leave the match stadium in the 28th minute due to injury, to be replaced by his colleague Ali Lotfi.
The final medical examinations conducted by Al-Shennawi revealed that the Al-Ahly guard’s injury is a millimeter-by-millimeter tear in the connective muscle, and the medical device gives the guard intensive programs in order to be ready to face Wydad.
Sayed Abdel Hafeez, Al-Ahly Football Manager, held a session with Mohamed Al-Shennawi, on the sidelines of the team’s morning training session today at the Touch Stadium.
Abdel Hafeez was keen to bolster and support El-Shenawi, in order to prepare him for the next stage, which will witness the Morocco journey. To compete in the African Champions League semi-final first leg match against Moroccan Wydad on October 17th.

On the other hand, he said that the first-team football mission to Morocco will undergo a medical examination in Cairo before traveling, and another after arriving in Casablanca.
Sayed Abdel Hafeez confirmed that it was decided to travel the team by private plane, according to the coordination that took place with the club’s board of directors headed by Captain Mahmoud Al-Khatib.
Abdel-Hafeez explained that he coordinates all travel arrangements, procedures for reserving training grounds and transfers, sufficient time before the team arrives.
Al-Ahly is preparing to face the Enppi team in the thirty-second round of the Premier League competition, which is scheduled for 8 pm next Wednesday.
