Tunisian Ali Maaloul, left back for Al-Ahly, scored the second goal for his team against Moroccan Wydad, in a match in the first-leg semi-final round of the African Champions League.
The match referee awarded a penalty kick in favor of Al-Ahly in the 62nd minute, after a shot by Ajay was intercepted by Wydad player Yahya Gibran with his hand.
Tunisian Ali Maaloul paid the penalty and successfully kicked it to give his team the second goal, and it is difficult for the Moroccan team to return, after Majdi Afsha scored the first goal.
Moroccos Wydad will be a guest at Al-Ahly, next Friday, October 23, in the second leg of the African Champions League semi-final.
