Today, Thursday, Al-Ahly team underwent strong physical training in the team’s second training session in Morocco. In preparation for the match against Wydad scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, in the first leg of the African Champions League semi-finals.
Capello Rangwaja, the physical load planner in the technical staff of the team, led the various physical exercises for the players, in the training that was held this evening at Kahramaa California Stadium in Casablanca.
Yankon Michel, the goalkeeper coach, led vigorous training for the three goalkeepers of the team, Mohamed El Shennawy, Ali Lotfi and Mustafa Schubert, in the training that was held this evening at Kahramaa California Stadium in Casablanca.
The course witnessed various training units for the three guards, especially in dealing with crosses and corrections from different angles.
Mahmoud Kahraba, the team’s player, began running training exercises around the stadium, on the sidelines of the training session that was held this evening at Kahramaa California Stadium in Casablanca, Morocco.
The player performed various qualification sessions according to the program he performed to prepare him for the next stage.
Dr. Khaled Mahmoud, the team doctor, was keen to meet with the player to follow up on the implementation of the treatment program that he is subject to.
Kahraba had complained of pains in the posterior muscle during his participation in the Pyramids tournament match.
Betso Mosimane, the team’s coach, held a meeting with Khaled Mahmoud, the team’s doctor, on the sidelines of the second Al-Ahly training session in Casablanca, Morocco, which was held this evening.
Musimani met with the team doctor in the presence of Abd al-Rahman Saeed, a nutritionist, to follow up on some matters related to the team.
