Mortada Mansour, president of Zamalek club, revealed that he had received a letter from Amr Al-Ganaini, head of the five-year committee that runs the Egyptian Football Association, stating his dismissal.
In statements on the Zamalek Club channel, Mortada Mansour said: “I received a letter from Amr Al-Janayni, in which he stated that, based on the Olympic Committee’s decision, they made a decision to dismiss me.”
The president of Zamalek club added: “Al-Ganaini asked me to pay a fine of 100,000 pounds, otherwise Zamalek will be prevented from registering players.”
The Egyptian Olympic Committee had issued a decision to suspend Mortada Mansour for 4 years and prevent him from participating in any sporting activity during the suspension period, and the sports federations were notified of this.
Murtaza Mansour refused to implement the arrest decision, stressing that he was exposed to a foreign conspiracy, calling on the prime minister to issue an official statement about it.
