Patrice Carteron and the quartet of cooperation infected with the Corona virus

French coach Patrice Carteron, the technical director of the Saudi Cooperation Team, has tested positive for the Corona virus.

The Saudi newspaper, Al-Jazeera, revealed that the Frenchman, Carteron, was infected with the new Corona virus, in addition to the quadruple of the cooperation team, goalkeeper Casio, defender Iago, Ibrahim Al-Zubaidi, and Cedric Emisi.

Carteron will not be at the helm of his team against Al Qadisiyah in the third round of the Saudi League.

The French coach had left Zamalek training last month after he achieved with the White Castle the African Super Championships at the expense of the Tunisian Esperance and the Egyptian Super at the expense of Al-Ahly with penalties.

He also reached the Egyptian team for the semi-finals of the African Champions League after overcoming the hurdle of defending champion Esperance.

And his departure from Zamalek training immediately contracted with Al-Taawon Club to lead the team in the AFC Champions League, but the team left from the round of 16 at the hands of his compatriot Al-Nasr.

The Saudi Al-Jazeera newspaper also revealed, on Wednesday evening, that the two-victory duo, Walid Abdullah and Abdulaziz Al-Dosari, were infected with the Coronavirus, and they will be isolated from the team until they recover.

Carteron said in press statements that his condition is stable and thanked all those who supported him and wished him a recovery.
