Moroccan press reports revealed the possibility that Wydad player Salah El-Din Saidi will be absent from his team’s next confrontation in front of his Egyptian guest Al-Ahly, after he was infected with the Corona virus.
The Moroccan “championship” website stated that the Wydad team underwent a test yesterday, Thursday, to detect the Corona virus, and Saeidy came out positive, accompanied by one of the administrators.
After the positive sample of the Wydad player appeared, Saidi left the team’s camp, heading on Thursday to Casablanca, in order to enter quarantine, and it is expected that the swab will be repeated to confirm his injury, the sources of the “championship” add.
Al-Ahly will be a guest at Moroccan Wydad, tomorrow, Saturday, at the Mohammed V Stadium, in the first leg of the African Champions League semi-finals.
