President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, commenting for the first time on the insulting cartoons of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, during the Ministry of Endowments celebrating the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday: “There is a lot of talk, discussion and much confusion, and we as Muslims from the perfection of our faith that we believe in all other religions, and not A Muslim can say that he is full of faith, unless he confesses and confesses from the bottom of his heart all the messengers … We respect and honor all the messengers, because they are the ones chosen by God.
President Al-Sisi added that insulting the prophets and messengers is an underestimation of high religious values and hurting the feelings of millions, even if the presented image is the image of extremism. “Muslims cannot be blamed for the evils and evils of a small group that has deviated … We also have rights not to hurt our feelings and not harm our values. “.
Al-Sisi continued: “If 1% of the billion and a half billion Muslims were extremists, I mean, we would talk about 15 million countries, they could destroy the world if it was real, and I mean that the percentage is much less … Muslims cannot be charged with the woes, corruption and evils of a small group that has deviated … We also have the rights not to hurt our feelings or to harm our values. ”
President El-Sisi noted that “we must stop and think about the matters we are talking about, and I do not direct any word of abuse or blame to anyone; but I say the matter requires self-review for all of us, and I am not talking about Egypt, but .. enough to hurt us.”
President Al-Sisi added: “I say to all Muslims in Egypt, the righteousness of Egypt, if you love the Prophet Muhammad, be polite and behave with his character .. you love the Prophet is true, and I said this before that .. Oh, do you think you are perfect in your work? What do you see honest in your word? Do you respect people and protect their rights? ”
And the President added: “I think and I do not think I am wrong when I see that arrogance by practicing freedom values is a path of extremism when this practice affects the rights of others.”
The Ministry of Endowments celebrated the birth of the Prophet at the Al-Manara Center in the Fifth Settlement, today, Wednesday, in the presence of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, the Prime Minister, Dr. Ali Abdel-Al, Speaker of Parliament, Mahmoud Al-Sharif, Deputy of the Council, and the Grand Imam, Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar. And Dr. Shawqi Allam, Mufti of the Republic, and a number of religious, political and media personalities.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi honored a number of personalities who have influenced religious life with their books, and awarded them the Medal of the Republic from the second class.
