The Ministry of Industry and Trade in Russia is studying the possibility of exporting the Russian electric vehicle “Zeta” to India, Pakistan, Jordan, Egypt and Germany.
In a statement in particular, the ministry said, “The innovation in this project and the high competitiveness of this product allow us to look optimistic about its export opportunities. Work is underway on the issue of exporting the car to India, Pakistan, Jordan, Egypt and Germany.”
The press office of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade stated that the technical certificate for electric cars is now in its final stages, adding that: “The first electric cars were manufactured using serial technology, and serial assembly technologies are being developed.”
It is noteworthy that the “Zeta” is the first Russian electric car to be mass produced in a factory in Tolyatti, Samara province.
This car is a compact three-door electric vehicle, with a top speed of 120 km / h, and its base model value of 550,000 rubles, equivalent to approximately 7,150 dollars.
