The African Football Confederation (CAF) announced today, Thursday evening, the postponement of the final match of the African Champions League competition this season, which brings together Al-Ahly and the winner from the match between Zamalek and Moroccan Raja Casablanca, and CAF issued an official statement stating, “At the request of the Egyptian authorities, it was done.” “The final date has been postponed. Official discussions are underway to determine the best possible date. At this stage there is nothing suitable for the stakeholders.”
CAF also announced the postponement of the semi-final second leg of the African Champions League, which combines Zamalek and Raja in the current season 2019-2020.
The Confederation of African Football did not reveal the new dates for the establishment of the Zamalek and Al-Raja match, as well as the African Champions League final.
