Hundreds of protesters in Philadelphia marched across the city for a second night, demanding racial justice after police shot a black man.

The family of Walter Wallace, 27, says he was experiencing a mental health crisis when officers shot him.

Police said they shot him because he did not throw the knife he was carrying.

Police and National Guard deployed some reinforcements in the city. Officials say 30 officers were wounded during the first night of the clashes.
