Sayed Abdel Hafeez, director of football at Al-Ahly club, spoke about Mahmoud Wahid’s injury, noting that “it is not a nuisance.”
Mahmoud Waheed performed a medical examination before the start of the group training session for Al-Ahly today, Saturday, and confirmed that he had a heavy heel in the posterior muscle, according to Abdel Hafeez.
“Mahmoud Wahid’s injury is not disturbing,” the football director said in his statements to the club’s official website.
“The player did a physiotherapy and rehabilitative session in the gym, and he will join the team’s group exercises on a regular basis after the background pain subsides,” he added.
Al-Ahly is preparing to face Zamalek in the upcoming African Champions League final on the 27th of November.
