Mohamed Barakat, the director of the Egyptian national team, denied the rumors about the Football Association’s request to exclude Mahmoud Abdel-Moneim “Kahraba” from the Pharaohs list, after his altercation with a member of the quinquennial committee, Mohamed Fadl.

Barakat told “On Time Sports”, in response to the reason for excluding Kahraba: “The decision is for Hossam Al-Badri, one million%.”

He continued, “It was also said that Ahmed Fathy was excluded due to a problem about the captaincy of the national team, and this did not happen. No person from the Football Association will ask us to include or exclude any player.”

And he added, “This is not the nature of our relationship with the Football Association.”

On the date of the arrival of the professional players, Barakat said: “Hijazi will arrive at dawn on the seventh of November, and Ahmed Hassan” Coca “two days later, while Mahmoud Hassan” Trezeguet “and Mohamed Al-Nini will arrive on the evening of the ninth of November.

He completed, “All the players will participate in the training, respectively.”

The Egyptian national team is preparing to face Togo on November 14 and 17 in the third and fourth round of qualifiers for the 2021 African Nations Cup.
