Mohamed Sharif, Al-Ahly player, announced that he had been infected with the Corona virus.

And Sharif indicated through his Instagram account that he had a positive sample.

Al-Ahly also announced that the player was infected with Corona and had undergone a treatment program in accordance with the protocol of the Ministry of Health.

Mohamed Sharif returned to train with Al-Ahly during the past days after the end of the Egyptian national team camp.

Sharif is scheduled to undergo a new medical smear in the coming days after completing his treatment program.

Sherif recently participated with the Egyptian national team against Togo in the qualifiers for the 2021 African Cup of Nations.

The player was a key player in the Pharaohs’ victory 3-1 in the fourth round match, and scored the second goal.

It is noteworthy that Sherif played last season on loan to Enppi from Al-Ahly, and scored 14 goals in the league.

Al-Ahly coach Pitso Mosimane decided to return the 24-year-old to the team next season.

This comes hours after Ahmed Yasser Rayan announced that he was infected with the Corona virus, in turn.

Al-Ahly also announced earlier that Mahmoud Kahraba and Saleh Jumaa had been infected with the Corona virus.
