Harry Kane led the guests in the 13th minute with a header, reaching his 200th goal for Tottenham in 300 matches with the Spurs.
Kane is third on Tottenham’s list of all-time goalscorers, behind Jimmy Graves (266 goals) and Bobby Smith (208 goals).
Kane not only scored, but also scored the second goal for his teammate Lucas Moura in the 33rd minute.
Kane raised his goal tally to 12, in addition to making 10 more goals, in 13 games in various competitions this season.
In the second half, the hosts tried to return the score, and Claudio Kicero scored Ludogorets’ first goal in the 50th minute.
However, substitute Son Heung-min only needed 15 seconds after entering the field to create the third goal for Tottenham, scored by Giovanni Lu Celso, to kill the match.
Tottenham raised his tally to 6 points and recovered after his defeat in the last round against Royal Antwerp of Belgium.
Ludogorets remained empty in the back of Group Ten.
And in Group E, Granada, Spain, continued their impressive results in their historic first European appearance, and defeated their host Omonia Nicosia, Cyprus, with two unanswered goals.
Angel Herrera opened the scoring for Granada in the fourth minute, before the match became more difficult for the home side by expelling Michelle Doris of Omonia in the 41st minute.
Finally Luis Suarez killed the match in the 63rd minute, scoring his first European goal of his career.
Granada raises its score to 7 points at the top of the group after 3 rounds, and Omonia freezes at one point.
In the same group, the Greek side’s Pauk crushed his guest PSV Eindhoven, 4-1.
Iran Zahavi advanced to PSV Eindhoven from the penalty spot in the 21st minute, but the Greeks responded violently with four successive goals.
The goals were scored by: Stefan Schwab, Andrea Zivkovic (twice), and Christos Tzulis in the 47th, 56th, 58th and 67th minutes.
