The young Cameroonian star, Joshua Mukoko, of Borussia Dortmund, participated in his team’s meeting against Hertha Berlin in the German league.

Mukoko came as a substitute in the match in the 85th minute, replacing the Norwegian striker Erling Haaland, who scored four goals in his team’s five-to-two victory.

The “Miracle of Dortmund” became the youngest player ever to participate in any match in Bundesliga (16 years and one day), breaking Nuri Shaheen’s record with the yellow team (16 years, 11 months and one day) in the 2005/06 season.

On Friday, Mukoko celebrated his sixteenth birthday, to be able to legally participate in the German League, and end the world waiting to watch him in the Bundesliga.

The new regulations for the participation of minor players prevented Mukoko from participating with Dortmund in the Bundesliga over the past months, after he escalated to training with the first team because he was not 16 years old.

Mukokos career with the youth ranks of Dortmund proved that he is a “football miracle” waiting for him, as he has an impressive goalscoring rate, scoring 141 goals in 88 matches, including 13 goals in just four matches with the U-19 team this season.
