The new muzzle contains a microphone
Razer Games announced that it has created the “smartest” muzzle in the world, as it has a built-in microphone.
According to the initial design, which was unveiled during the Consumer Electronics Show, the muzzle amplifies the user’s voice to prevent masking as a result of wearing the muzzle.
The design includes active ventilation that helps exhale warmer air and breathe in cooler air.
The company says that its masks are classified as “N95”, but the BBC has not reviewed this product.

The proposed face muzzle remains at the present time just an idea and has not been put up for sale yet
The muzzle itself is made of transparent plastic, which makes it easy to read lip movements and recognize facial expressions.
Transparent masks are not considered an innovation in and of themselves, as there are many of them on the market for sale. However, the company says that the muzzle has a lighting feature that makes the inside part of it illuminate automatically when exposed to darkness, which makes the facial features clear.
Razer claims this allows one to “express oneself clearly regardless of lighting conditions”.

But is it comfortable to wear all of this technology?
The BBC team has not had access to this technology.
Razer says putting silicone around the face maintains comfort and prevents the muzzle from touching the mouth.
She adds that having two denser rings around the ear causes less pressure on your ears.
It can be said that the “voicamp” feature is the most technologically advanced aspect of the muzzle.
The company says the muzzle microphone and subwoofer make your voice clearer.
This is still just an initial product idea and is not currently on sale.
The company said to “The Verge”, a specialist in technology journalism, that the life span of the ventilators is still being tested, in addition to when the filters should be changed.
Other companies that revealed their product innovations at the CES annual event include:
- An electric car that can fly in the air
- A toilet that analyzes faeces and provides dietary recommendations
