Counselor Hanafi Al-Jebali, Speaker of Parliament, announced that MPs Ahmed Saad Al-Din and Muhammad Abu Al-Aynin had won the posts of Deputy House of Representatives.

After the vote ended in the procedural session, Tuesday, Jabali said that the total number of MPs voted was 581, and the number of invalid votes was one, and the correct number was 580 votes.

“Saad al-Din” received 485 votes, “Abu Al-Enein” received 412 votes, and Representative Suleiman Wahdan received 125 votes.

While Farida Al-Shobashi received 71 votes, Hanan Awad received 6 votes, Muhammad Abdulaziz received 45 votes, Sahar Lashin received 5 votes and Muhammad El-Gabalawy received 11 votes.

Chancellor Hanafi Jebali was elected Speaker of Parliament, on Tuesday, with 508 votes.
