Al-Ahly announced today, Tuesday, that its player Walid Suleiman will miss a month of matches due to his injury to a rupture of the posterior muscle, which was revealed by the rays.

The club indicated that Suleiman, 36, will miss the World Cup, which begins in Qatar on February 4.

The Al-Ahly midfielder will start a qualifying program on Wednesday.

The former Enppi and Petrojet player sustained an injury on Sunday during the Al-Ahly and Al-Ahly Bank match that ended without goals in the eighth round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Al-Ahly coach Pitso Mosimane explained after the match that he had pushed Paul after making sure the player was ready during the warm-up.

While Ahmed Abu Abla, the team doctor, said that the player had complained of pain in the posterior muscle before the match, so the device preferred to replace it after the first half hour.
