Counselor Hanafi Jabali, a member of the House of Representatives for the National List, announced today, Tuesday, his candidacy for the presidency of Parliament, competing with the deputies: Muhammad Abu Hamila, Ahmed Darraj, and Muhammad Medina.
“Masrawy” monitors the most important information about Counselor Hanafi Jabali, who is the closest to assuming the presidency of Parliament; Especially since it is supported by the National Future Party, which has the majority, as well as the support of the National List Parties for Egypt.
The most prominent information about Counselor Hanafi Jabali, according to what he said in the plenary session, came as follows:
Former President of the Supreme Constitutional Court
He holds a doctorate in constitutional law
Worked as an agent of the Attorney General
– He was appointed to the Constitutional Court and assumed the presidency of its Commissioners Council, then as a vice president and then president of the court
He headed the Technical Office of the Constitutional Court
He held the position of Secretary General of the Union of Arab Constitutional Courts and Councils
– He participated in international conferences inside and outside Egypt … whether at the Arab, African or European level … and presented working papers in Arabic, French and English, especially with regard to rights and identities.
“I am honored that I belong to a simple family from the countryside of Upper Egypt,” said Jabali, during his speech at the plenary session to introduce himself.
The CV of Chancellor Hanafi Jabali included his graduation from the Faculty of Law in Ain Shams in 1975, his enrollment in the judicial work, and his obtaining a doctorate in public law.
He previously obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the Accounting Division at Cairo University, in May 1970, with a grade of very good.
Jabali obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law at Cairo University in 1975, with a grade of very good.
He also obtained a postgraduate diploma in public law at the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University in 1976, in the first order.
Obtained a postgraduate diploma in criminal law at the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University in 1977, with a grade of very good.
