Books – Ahmed Massad:
The Meteorological Authority announced details of expected weather phenomena during the period from tomorrow, Friday, January 29, to Wednesday, February 3, 2021.
The Authority’s expectations were as follows:
Friday
Significant decrease in temperature in most parts.
Light rain in areas of Greater Cairo and the canal cities, with intermittent periods.
Medium rains in areas of (Menoufia – Sharqia), with intermittent periods.
Medium to heavy rain in areas of (Salloum – Matrouh – Alexandria – Damietta – Port Said – Arish – Rafah – Beheira – Kafr El Sheikh – Dakahlia – Gharbia), with intermittent periods.
Wind activity in areas of the northern coasts, central and southern Sinai and the cities of the Canal, which increases the sense of cold weather.
Disturbance in maritime navigation on the Mediterranean Sea, wave height from 2.5 to 3 meters, and for the Red Sea, the wave height will be from 2.5 to 3 meters as well.
Saturday
Wind activity on the northern coasts.
From Sunday to Tuesday
– The stability and rise of temperatures so that warm weather during the day and extremely cold at night.
Wednesday
Light to moderate rains in areas of the northern coasts.
