The meeting touched on the affirmation of the right of each team to make five changes during the match, with the possibility that any team could make its sixth change if one of its players suffered a severe injury that resulted in a head hemorrhage or any brain injury, or when the match reached overtime.
Among the most prominent instructions also came that each team shall have the right to only 3 players from the reserve to perform warm-up operations with the coach during the match.
