Roland will be the second Pyramids’ winter deal, after Osama Jalal, who moved from Enppi.
Roland, 27, has 25 caps for Uruguay, during which he scored 4 goals, and participated with him in the 2015 and 2016 Copa America.
Roland is good at playing in the position of the outspoken attacker, or on the right and left wings.
Roland began his career at Defensor Sporting, before moving to Bordeaux in 2013 and spending 5 seasons with him, during which he scored 38 goals and scored 13 goals in 149 matches, and crowned him the French Cup.
Then Roland moved to the Spanish League and played for Malaga and scored the net against Real Madrid back and forth in his first season.
Afterwards, Roland moved between Deportivo La Coruna, Leganes, Deportivo Alaves and Juarez, before starting his adventure in the Egyptian League.
