FilGoal | News | Ahmed Sami: My goal is to collect points … I do not know how Ismaili occupies that position in the league

Ahmed Sami, the coach of Smouha team, revealed that his interest in collecting points is greater than the team’s position.

Smouha defeated Ismaily with two unanswered goals in the tenth round matches.

Sami said on Youth and Sports Radio, “I don’t care about the team’s position as much as it is about collecting points.”

“It makes me work comfortably and nervously,” he said.

Smouha raised his score to 15 points in seventh place and has a postponed match, only 3 points behind the third place.

Smouha revealed, “The midfielders and attackers in Ismaily are very distinguished, but they are flawed in the rush to seek victory in light of the pressure that the club is going through.”

He stressed, “I do not know how Ismaili occupies this position in the league. They are a very good team, and it only needs two consecutive wins, and the team will have another matter.”

And about Mustafa Fathi’s brilliance, he said: “I thank him for his commitment to training, and when he was employed in the Spearhead Center, he caused a penalty thanks to his speed in the counterattack.”

“We were playing a big team at home, and I asked the players not to rush like them, and we focused on the spaces behind the defenders,” he concluded.
