Zamalek coach Jaime Pacheco motivated his players during his conversation with them before the start of Friday’s training session at the club’s headquarters.

The Portuguese spoke about the team’s next meeting, against its guest Al Ittihad, on Sunday in the Egyptian Premier League, and touched on technical matters and stressed his confidence in the players to achieve good results in the coming period.

Pacheco told the players that they are all “responsible for their capabilities and experience to deal with all circumstances.”

The players underwent vigorous qualification training to raise their physical fitness level.

Abdel Halim Ali, director of football, was keen to check on the trio, Ashraf Bencharqi, Mohamed Abdel Ghani and Hamza Mathlouthi, who went through rehabilitative training in the gym.

The trio Muhammad Ashraf “Roqa”, Muhammad Abdul Shafi and Ayman Hefni also trained in the gym.

The goalkeepers, Mahmoud Abdel-Rahim “Jensh”, Muhammad Awad, Muhammad Abu Jabal, Ahmed Al-Sayed and Mr. Attia, performed strong training.

Amr Abdel Salam, the goalkeeper coach, developed a quick five-year qualification program to raise the level of physical fitness, before training him in technical matters.

Zamalek hosts the head of the gap, hoping to return to the track of victories.

Zamalek is in the full-fledged confrontation after the last negative medical test for all the team members came.

On Tuesday, Zamalek lost to its host Ghazal El Mahalla, 2-1, but remained at the top of the league standings with 23 points.
