Mustafa Cengiz, president of the Turkish Galata Saray club, said that Zamalek was right in the material demands regarding their position on the departure of Mustafa Mohamed.
The Turkish club president added, in statements to the Turkish newspaper, Al-Sabah: “Fenerbahce club inquired about the player two months ago, but they did not act officially.”
He continued, “Mustafa Muhammad wanted to move to us and here, opinions were divided after there was an offer on the part of Saint-Etienne and interest on the part of Fenerbahce.”
And he continued: “I thank Mustafa Muhammad (the tank) for joining us. I hope he will go like this. Zamalek Club was right in their insistence about their material requests.”
He continued, “Everyone saw what the player did in the Başakşehir match, when his head almost landed in the net.”
“There is a penalty condition for joining the player, but it is not binding on us, and we can buy the player permanently if we want to,” the Turkish club president explained about his position on the final inclusion of Mustafa Muhammad.
Mustafa Muhammad had moved to the ranks of the Turkish champion in the recent winter transfer period, coming from Zamalek on loan with the right to final purchase.
Mustafa Muhammad managed to score in his first match against Basaksehir in a match, which was decided by Galatasaray with three goals without a response.
