He continued: The evaluation includes the doctor, the nursing and the facility with the evaluations linked to the operating schedules, which facilitates accountability for negligent .Al-Sobky added: The second axis is by investigating the beneficiaries ‘satisfaction with the services of the health care authority through the Call Center 15344, which has the highest technological technologies and includes trained manpower at the highest level in communicating with citizens over the course of 24 hours, and has responses to the users’ questions and inquiries. As well as receiving complaints, recording them and communicating with the specialized facility to solve the problem and ensure that it is resolved and dealt with as one of the medical quality standards.
He continued: The third axis is to provide offices for the satisfaction of the beneficiaries in the centers, units and hospitals in Port Said that specialize in communicating with the patient to solve problems, and overcoming obstacles to obtaining health service, if any. A unit in the health facility with the aim of monitoring the patient’s evaluation of his visit and measuring the level of satisfaction with the services provided to him. The patient’s treatment journey at the health centers and units of the authority includes passing through “security, reception, patient waiting station, doctor, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy,” while it includes a treatment trip The patient is hospitalized in “outpatient clinics, emergency and inpatient departments”.
