A young woman lost 50 kg of weight within a year by following simple steps, according to the American ABC network.
The young woman’s weight reached 114 kilograms, and her diet depended on eating fast food, as she was eating a whole pizza on her own, but she decided to prepare meals at home, and to limit fast food intake to become twice a week.
She added that she began to introduce some physical activities, and after a month she began using the hand walker for 30 minutes a day, while she began to use it in jogging later.
She explained that she began to increase the distances for running, for example, from 5 kilometers to 10.
The young woman confirmed that she was keen to run and drink water to reach her desired weight.
