British newspaper “Daily Mail” said that former Liverpool and Trabzon player Daniel Sturridge rejected huge professional offers from Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Sturridge left Liverpool for free during the summer transfer period for the 19/20 season, to move to Trabzon for one season.

According to what was reported by “The Daily Mail”, Sturridge attracted the interest of many American League clubs and also rejected huge financial offers from clubs in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

The newspaper pointed out that Sturridge focuses on finding the right club instead of getting abundant money.

The newspaper also indicated that the former Liverpool player is studying his options with his agent, who is keen on his return to England.

The 31-year-old is a free deal and he’s still open to showing he hasn’t lost his technical and physical capabilities.

It is worth noting that Sturridge scored seven goals in 16 games in all competitions with Trabzonspor last season.
