“Akhbar Al-Youm portal” reviews some of the difficult events that Hanan Al-Tawil lived through until her death. There were rumors that she died of a heart attack and another by suicide due to the rejection of her neighbors, and a third because of the electricity sessions that she was subjected to in the hospital, and she passed away at the age of 38 in 2004, Her family also refused to accept her body, and Ashraf Zaki, the Actors Syndicate, received the body from the hospital and buried it.
Hanan Al-Tawil was born in Fayoum Governorate in 1966, and because of her feminine tendencies, she underwent a sexual transformation operation, changing her name from Tariq to “Hanan”.
Hanan was famous for her comic roles in her artistic work, which stuck in the minds of the viewer even though it was small roles, such as “Mays Insharah” in the film The Nazer with the late artist Alaa Wali El-Din, who was nominated for this role by director Sherif Arafa, and then the role of “Korea” in the movie “Military in the camp with the artist Mohamed Henedy.
She was a member of the Syndicate of Musical Professions, where she had the talent for singing as well as acting.
