Dr. Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Center for Analysis and Forecasts at the General Authority of Meteorology, warned of the weather on the next Thursday and Friday, explaining that they will witness the peak of instability.
The Director of the Analysis and Predictions Center at the General Authority of Meteorology added, during a telephone conversation on the Today program with the media, Sarah Hazem, broadcast on TVDMCOn Thursday and Friday, temperatures are expected to drop about 5 degrees Celsius than on Wednesday.
He also indicated that moderate to heavy rain is expected in most of the governorates and cities of the Republic, with the exception of the south of the country.
On the other hand, the Meteorological Authority expects, on Wednesday, to witness warm weather in Cairo and Lower Egypt, with moderate winds, warm weather on the northern coasts, active winds on the western coasts, and warm on South Sinai, with moderate winds.
The meteorological authority also expects warm weather to prevail in northern Upper Egypt, moderate winds, and warm weather in southern Upper Egypt, and moderate winds are active in northern Upper Egypt.
Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at the General Authority of Meteorology, revealed that the country is witnessing moderate to heavy rain in some areas of Sallum, Matrouh and Dabaa, extending medium to Alexandria in the evening, and moderate rains, which are heavy, sometimes thunderstorms, in some areas of the Red Sea mountain ranges, Sinai and the region. The Gulf of Suez, and the activity of exciting sand and dust winds in areas of northern Upper Egypt.
The meteorology expects that the weather will be cold at night in Cairo and Lower Egypt, cold on the northern coasts, cold in South Sinai, very cold in the north and south of Upper Egypt.
