Mohamed Osama, the doctor of the Zamalek club, confirmed that Ashraf Bencharqi, the team’s player, will be in front of Al-Ittihad of Alexandria, noting that Hamza Mathlouthi does not suffer from a chronic injury.
Osama said in statements to the “Zamalekawi” program on the Zamalek channel: “Ashraf Bencharqi had a bruise and x-rays, and it came well. We decided to rest him after feeling some pain, but he will return to training tomorrow, and he will be present in the Al-Ittihad match.”
He added, “Shikabala returned to training yesterday and trained today also after suffering from a back injury, and Hamid Ahadad returned to training and did not suffer from an injury.”
Osama continued: “Mathlouthi was injured in training, and he will return after the next match. Some people said that Mathlouthi suffers from a chronic injury, and this is not true, and Mathlouthi was sad from these conversations.”
And he continued: “Muhammad Abdul Shafi suffered a knee injury, which is a simple cut in the cartilage, and recovered from the previous injury in the shoulder, and will return in less than 15 days.”
Zamalek doctor concluded: “Saif Al-Din Al-Jaziri and Marwan Hamdi are ready for the Al-Ittihad match and are training normally with the team. I did not do a medical examination when they joined the team.”
