The Egyptian Public Prosecutor referred the accused to the criminal court in 4 cases of premeditated murder – they: his wife, two women and a man – premeditated during the years 2015 and 2017 and he had hidden their bodies by burying them in cemeteries prepared for that.
The Public Prosecution said that it had established evidence on the accused in the four cases from the testimony of 17 witnesses, the confessions of the accused in the investigations, and the extraction of the remains of the bodies of the victims of the victims from the places buried in them, and what was proven by the reports of the anatomical character of those bodies and the matching of the genetic fingerprints taken from them with that taken from the relatives of the victim. on them.
She added that “what has been proven in the reports of the General Administration for the Investigation of Forensic Evidence regarding the examination of antiquities raised from places where the bodies are exhumed, as well as the defendant’s simulation of how he committed the four facts.”
The investigations revealed that the accused used a toxic substance to kill two of the victims, and his case occupied public opinion in Egypt, and the death sentence came after he was referred to the Mufti of the Republic in the last session, to take the legal opinion in his execution.
